Shipping & Insurance
At Opelune, tracking numbers will be provided by email once your item has shipped.
Shipping usually takes 7–10 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
We are not responsible for loss or damage once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier. Shipping insurance may be available at checkout for an additional fee, and we highly recommend insuring your order to help protect against damage, loss, or theft during transit.
If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, your order may not be protected against damage, loss, or theft. Opelune is not responsible for lost packages or damaged orders once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Lost Packages
Lost packages must be reported immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Opelune accepts no liability for shipping information that is entered incorrectly.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, an additional shipping charge may be required to reship the item.
Handling Times
All orders are shipped in the order they are received. We process orders within 2–4 business days of placement.
Shipping time is dependent upon the carrier, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate only and does not include processing time.
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
