Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 10 days of delivery for store credit only, unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Items must be unworn, unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Sale items, discounted items, custom orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Please review our Refund Policy before placing your order.
Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped.
Canceled orders may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Once tracking has been issued or the order has been handed to the carrier, the order cannot be canceled.

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or cleaning. Store your pieces in a dry place when not in use and gently wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing.
Natural tarnishing, patina, or aging may occur over time, especially with vintage-inspired and metal pieces. This is part of the character of the jewelry and is not considered a defect.
