At Opelune, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

After your order has finished processing—and given that all of our products are handcrafted—shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days to reach its designated destination. Please note that the delivery times provided here are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delay factors beyond our control.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, should any subsequent loss or damage occur, please contact our customer service team via email promptly; we will do our best to arrange for a replacement of your items.

Lost Packages

Lost packages must be reported immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number.
